Mother tells of terror as four-week-old daughter had cardiac arrest

An Edinburgh mother has spoken of the terrifying moment her newborn infant went limp in her arms after suffering a cardiac arrest.

Rosslyn Stephenson, 36, didn’t realise it at the time, but her then four-week-old daughter Beth was having a cardiac arrest when she became ill two years ago, before being treated by staff at the Scottish Ambulance Service in the Scottish capital.
