Following a high school football player’s death, a bill would require defibrillators at WV games and practices

Following 17-year-old Alex Miller’s September death at a high school football game, the West Virginia Legislature may pass a bill requiring automated external defibrillators (AEDs) at practices and games for the vast majority of sports.
