BIRMINGHAM, AL (WBRC) – One year ago, Stephanie Douglas was living a healthy life as a wife and mother, working in administration at Kingwood Christian Child Development Center in Alabaster. On October 29, 2017, she left church and went to pick up food for her family at a local restaurant. While she was waiting for her order, she remembers feeling dizzy.
