Just before 2 p.m. on Saturday in the town of Farmington, State Police responded to a two-car crash that was caused by a possible medical condition of one of the drivers.
Alfred Rossi, 67, of Canandaigua, was driving southbound on State Route 332 when he crossed over the grass median and struck 52-year-old Elizabeth Barrett’s car.
